Tristar recently established its Cryogenic Gas Transport division which offers the leasing of cryogenic ISO tanks and road tankers, in addition to consultation, engineering and intermodal transport services for cryogenic gas.

Soon, it will open a specialised maintenance and repair centre for cryogenic assets in Saudi Arabia.

Eugene Mayne, Group CEO of Tristar, said, “Our latest contract win in Saudi Arabia reflects the strength of the local logistics market, supported by the efforts of local governments.”

“Our business in Saudi Arabia is well established with strong relationships with key players in the LNG industry.”

“We look forward to accelerating growth and expanding our market share in the GCC with our new offering for the cryogenics transport market.”

In Qatar, the Cryogenics Gas Transport division commenced operations in June for the transport of Liquid Helium ISO containers.

The customer is a world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and health, Tristar said.
