O₂, N₂ Liquefier is used to liquefy O₂ and N₂ generated from air separation unit . The liquefaction process can be double expansion process or single expansion process depending on production capacity, and divided into low-pressure cycle process and medium-pressure process in terms of difference operation pressure.
